Thank you for being here.

Together, with your mind, body and soul - you can grow new roots for healing and begin to flourish.
My Approach
-
I am passionate about being present and attuning to my clients. I am moved and inspired as a client shares their story, feels acknowledged and with time experiences growth. I view the therapeutic relationship as a special place where care, connection, emotional and physical well being, weave together.
-
I am wholeheartedly committed to clients feeling better and experiencing change. Throughout my own long year experience in therapy I have had deep connections with many of my therapists. However, it was after experiencing EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Therapy and Somatic YOGA, that a significant, sustainable change came into play. I believe that overall healing occurs when brain and nervous system - modalities, are incorporated in therapy.
-
I also believe that change is facilitated by applying tools in between sessions, such as engaging in even 15 min of Somatic Yoga a couple of times per week, exhaling slowly when overwhelmed, or applying bilateral tapping, following a positive experience in the day.
-
As a therapist, a mom and an individual, I aim to continuously grow and enhance my perspective and knowledge. I constantly engage in professional trainings and consultation, as well as - practice yoga, spend time with my family, garden, read, and paint.
-
My clients are my number 1 source of inspiration and learning in therapy. They are the experts on themselves and in the therapeutic process, with me facilitating them along the way.
-
I work toward impactful meaningful sessions by preparing for them, spreading them apart and staying within my stamina.
-
I LOVE working with people from all backgrounds, belief systems and cultures, as I believe we all share a common thread of empathy and suffering, bringing us together.
